Configuring a X-Spam-Flag: YES Filter in Outlook 2002 1. First, we will create a folder that will be used to contain filtered SPAM. Right click on your Inbox and choose New Folder. Name the folder (something such as SPAM works well) and click OK.
2. Now, we will begin to set up the filter rule. Click Tools -> Rules Wizard on Outlook's main menu.
3. A window will pop up. Click Start from blank rule and click Next.
4. Check the box with <specific words> in the message header and then click the link <specific words>.
5. Enter X-Spam-Flag: YES exactly as shown (the space before YES must be there!)
6. Click Move it to the specified folder.
7. Choose the folder you created in step 1 and click Ok.
8. Click Finish, then click Ok.
